Event Terms & Conditions

Thank you for supporting live comedy. Please read the following terms carefully before purchasing a ticket or attending a Painkiller Comedy event. These terms are intended to clarify expectations and help ensure a smooth experience for all guests.

Ticket Purchases

• All ticket sales are final unless otherwise specified.

• Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, except under the conditions described below.

• A ticket guarantees admission to the event, not to a specific performer, unless explicitly stated in the event promotion.

Performer Changes and No-Shows

• All scheduled performers are subject to change without notice.

• In the event a comedian cancels or does not appear, a substitute performer will be provided when possible.

• Refunds will not be issued for lineup changes or no-shows by individual performers unless the entire event is canceled.

Event Cancellation and Rescheduling

• If an event is canceled without being rescheduled, ticket holders will receive a full refund.

• If the event is rescheduled, all original tickets will be honored for the new date.

• If you are unable to attend a rescheduled event, contact us within 7 days of the announcement to request a refund or event credit. Requests outside of this window may not be honored.
